The African Federation is proud to announce that the 2009 African Snooker Championship will be held in South Africa, 2010 to held in Mauritius and 2011 to be held in Egypt. Many thanks to the 3 countries for securing our tournament for the coming 3 years.

In association with the WCBS Africa will send it's champion to world games held in China Taipei. The WSA will send 6 professional players. Each region will send it's champion to represent the continent.

The African Federation is proud to announce that we received an invitation to send 2 players to represent Africa in the 6 reds Snooker international championship that will be held in Thailand from 7 - 12 July 2009 at the five-star Montien Riverside Hotel. Players selection will be according to the African Snooker championship results that will be held in South Africa. Professional players will participate in the championship.
